We require 50% of the payment upfront at the time of placing an order. The remaining 50% is due prior to installation when we book your fitting appointment. We will require this payment two days before your installation at the very latest. We do not offer finance options currently.

Your blinds will be ready to be fitted two to three weeks after you placed your order. Your advisor will arrange the fitting time with you when you place your order.

It depends on the product but roughly we suggest the installation date between 12 to 14 weeks of placing the order.

No, due to the product being bespoke once your final order has been submitted, we cannot make any amendments to the blinds order.

Once you have paid your deposit for shutters , you will have a 24-hour cooling off period. During this time, you are free to make minor changes to your order (colour, hinge type, etc.). Thereafter, we will go into production and no further changes can be made.

Yes, the old blinds need to be removed but we do help out in special circumstances.
